All purchases come with a 60-day money back guarantee. You can return one bottle of product, opened or unopened, for a full refund minus shipping costs within 60 days. No questions asked. Limit 1 bottle per customer per product.
Return Policy
If you’d like to return a bottle for a refund, please mail the bottle to the following address within 60 days of your purchase:

Limit one per customer. Once we receive the bottle, please allow 3-7 business days for a refund to applied to your account. Refunds are for the purchase price of the single bottle minus shipping costs.
Subscription cancellations
Your monthly subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You may cancel future renewals at any time using the subscription-management link in your subscription email. Complete the cancellation before your next scheduled payment to avoid that charge.
For assistance, email info@nutriganix.com or call 1-888-407-4034 during business hours. Include your name, the email used for your subscription, and your order number if available. Please allow up to two business days for email or phone requests to be processed. If your next payment is approaching, use the online subscription portal to cancel directly.
Cancelling future renewals does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed. Contact us promptly about that order; our existing return and refund policy applies.
For a monthly combination, cancelling the entire subscription stops future renewals for all products listed in that subscription. To remove only one product and continue the others, edit the items in your subscription portal or contact us for assistance.
